• 2 + 3 year old parties total capacity=15 children + Adult ratio of 2 adults per 6 children.

• 4+ year old parties total capacity=20 children + Adult ratio of 1 adult per 6 children.

• Deposit $50 - Non refundable but transferrable to another date if needed

• Tax and gratuity not included

• Any schedule changes must occur 2 weeks prior to party date

• Remaining fees and applicable waiver must be signed and submitted by the party contact before the parties scheduled beginning

• Charge for every participating child (not babies under 2)

• Adults and birthday child free 

• Children must wear bare feet and recommended to wear moveable clothing

• NO shoes in dance studios

• Host for Deluxe Package: Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before scheduled party start time

• Host for Basic Package: Please arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before scheduled party start time for your own set up

1:45-2:00 Birthday family arrival/set up (12:10pm for Basic Package holders)

2:00-2:15 Guest arrival + welcome

2:15-3:00 Dance instruction + Games 

3:00-3:15 Craft *Deluxe package only

3:15-3:45 Guest led Food, Cake, and gift opening

3:45-4:00 Guest pick up/Clean up

• Food will be served in studio

• Food not included

• Fridge not available

• NO adhesives on mirrors or windows. NO nails, tacks, or helium balloons.

• No decorations may be fixed to mirrors or windows

• We ask that decorations are kept to a minimum as there is simply not much time to prior party to set up and to minimize clean up time

• We provide one garbage bin for disposal. Anything that does not fit or large items such as pizza boxes must be personally disposed of by guest

• Your party will be upstairs in our beautiful air conditioned/heated studio. *Please note the large set of stairs for accessibility concerns
